Airco was working
Old environnement (could have it charms offcourse) - no open windows in the room!! - my booking was not confirmed by the hotel so they provided me a smokey room which the smell come in the room when people are smoking outside - swimming pool: not worth a dive/swimin it. For extra bed we had to ask several times...

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. With reasonable prices, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. The attention to detail was commendable, especially in the clean and tidy rooms with two beds separated by a nightstand. I was also pleasantly surprised by the basic amenities provided, making my stay hassle-free. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being very close to the business district and within walking distance of the bustling streets of Makati.
Everything was flawless; I couldn't find any room for improvement.

Location is good.
The decor, furniture and sheets are old and tatty. The noise from the road was not good. Also they check for ladies of the night at 8am. Not a good hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the business district, with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. It is down the streets of Makati and pretty near everything you might need. the air conditioning in the room is great, but that's about all for the room advantages.
The hotel is very dirty and not well-maintained. the bathroom is particularly bad, with moldy shower curtains and dirty carpets.

Fair price, free wifi, proximity to business district, smoking room on reception lobby, People behind hotel reception counter are nice
(1) No empty safety/vault box even tho the hotel appears not busy;( 2) I asked room service to remove dirty dishes from prev night to make room for our breakfast order. No one came to haul the dirty dishes out! ; (3) Every single item in the room is chargeable eg; toothbursh, toothpaste, paper slippers. Not sure if all hotels in this location do the same thing (4) Bed linen looks run down. (5) Need to get on 2 elevators to get to floors 5 and higher.
